The Community Wellbeing Services operate in the Crawley and Mid Sussex areas, and also offer the Community Recovery and Personal Assistant Services in other parts of Sussex. These services are accessible to anyone who has a mental health need, is aged between 18 and 65 (click here for an Application Form).

The Community Wellbeing Services in Mid Sussex and Steps Wellbeing Service in Crawley offer everyone using the service individual support to focus on achieving personal goals and aspirations. We also offer a range of day-time and evening activities to support people in their recovery from mental health issues, and various training and volunteering opportunities – including a nationally recognised qualification in Peer Support (click here for the Peer Support leaflet)
These services are available to people living in the area, who can self refer or be referred by a Health Professional.
We offer a range of services including:

We also offer signposting to specialist support, e.g. counseling, mental or physical health care, crisis support or intervention.
