Following an assessment by an independent body, Sussex Oakleaf has been awarded ISO 9001 and 14001 certification. The ISO 9001 certification has only been achieved by about 5% of UK businesses whilst ISO 14001 certification has been achieved by less than 1% of UK businesses. The award is supported by the Government and is recognised world-wide.
Rob Jones, CEO, was delighted, stating “we have always been proud of the services we offer our clients and the way that we conduct our business with regard to quality and environmental matters. Receiving both awards has confirmed this by outside experts who are used to judging standards on a daily basis in a wide variety of trades and industries. Key to this is our commitment to continuous improvement”.
Barbara Williams, Chair, added “People who rely on Sussex Oakleaf rightly expect us to do our very best for them. Achieving this award can give our clients confidence in the quality of the services and support we offer.”
Chris Billingham, who undertook the assessment for QMS International plc, paid particular tribute to “the investment in people and training that enables Sussex Oakleaf to provide an efficient and environmentally friendly service to their clients.”
