Hours : 37.5 hours per week (24 hour rota,7 days a week) plus sleep-ins
Salary (FTE): £16,131 per annum
Shakespeare Road is a registered care home that provides 24 hour support to people with significant mental health needs. Their ultimate aim is to help people gain greater independence over their lives, to set and help achieve personal goals and aspirations, to promote social inclusion and to facilitate the involvement of clients in all aspects of the running and development of the service.
We have a vacancy within our support team for a Recovery Worker. You will be required to work as part of a team on a 24 hour, 7 days a week rota, plus sleep-ins within the home and have the knowledge and experience of working in the care sector and the potential to develop these skills further.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills and have some awareness and understanding of the recovery principles.
