Hours : 30 per week to cover weekdays, evenings, weekend shifts, Bank Holidays, and occasional sleep-ins (with additional remuneration)
Salary : from £15,000 per annum (pro rata)

We deliver a high quality, person centered service to clients with complex mental health needs aged 18 to 65 years, in a 6 bed home registered with the CQC. The service is flexible and tailored to the individual needs of the client, and aims to improve and sustain the individuals overall quality of life, and enable them to maximise their potential, and where appropriate move on to more independent living.
You will have the confidence and experience to work independently, whilst being part of a proactive team providing high quality, person centered support to clients within the home. You will have specific responsibility as the lead key worker for one client, provide appropriate emotional and practical support to all residents, and be able to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills. Your role is to effectively promote clients personal recovery, and work in partnership with clients, colleagues, other professionals, families and carers to plan, implement and evaluate individual support plans.
