How we help

Sussex Oakleaf provide a range of support services to people with mental health needs, those with a personality disorder and individuals at risk of homelessness.

We empower people and promote independence by providing recovery focussed community wellbeing services, residential care, peer mentoring, housing support and volunteering opportunities.

Last year, our Recovery Workers supported more than 650 people to develop person centered recovery or care plans.

We deliver nearly 50 drop-ins, activities or groups every week which help support people mental health or wellbeing.

Last year 4,743 days of accommodation were provided in our short and medium term supported housing
