Come work with us
We think that coming to work should be an enjoyable experience and our workforce is really important to us. Although we appreciate the importance of having strong leadership and good management, we also know that the most important resource in the organisation is the people who actually do the front line work with our service users.
Our staff on the ground are absolutely vital in ensuring that we do what we say we are going to do and that we deliver services which are of the highest standard and quality. That is why all our staff have access to training and development.
They have regular supervision and appraisal. We have a Staff Forum which is a formal body that meets every quarter with our Chief Executive and Director of Operations, plus a Board Member, to discuss any issues around terms and conditions, and to come together as partners and as equals to further develop staff within Sussex Oakleaf.
