Stepping Stones is a resource centre for adults to support them in their recovery from mental health difficulties. We offer a safe, friendly, supportive environment where members can relax, socialise and develop themselves and their lives in a way which is positive and meaningful for them.
What we offer:
- Wide range of structured groups to support and manage your mental health and recovery.

Access to computers and the internet.

Trips out (e.g. London Zoo, Xmas pantomime).

Support to access other resources and services. The CAB is based at the centre.

Social recovery programme—members go out with each other twice monthly to different venues.

Good value hot meals (including Roast on Sundays) in a café style environment.

Areas where you can chat, drink tea / coffee, read the paper and generally socialise.

Games room—pool table / darts board / TV / Video / DVD player.

Multi-cultural group and activities.

Large garden (used extensively in the summer for BBQ’s / table tennis / socialising).
