“I was not motivated at all after my mother’s death, I was in a spiral of depression feeling unmotivated and unwell. I was self-harming and only had my dad for support with I found difficult. The Community Recovery Team got me out of bed in the morning, they also knew how to make dad understand what I was going through which made our relationship better.”
