Sussex Oakleaf's award winning The Big Mental Health Pop Up will be returning for one day only as a pop up art exhibition and cafe.
The free cafe will be serving up hot drinks and tasty treats all day long to keep you refreshed and fulfilled while enjoying the day.
The Big Mental Health Pop Up premiered in May 2019 when Sussex Oakleaf took over an empty shop in Burgess Hill and turned it into a pop up art exhibition. The event, which went onto win a Stronger Communities Award from Mid Sussex District Council and was shortlisted for a Community Heroes Awards from BBC Sussex, will return for one day and give people to the chance to view art which has all been made from people who have lived experiences of mental illness.
Pop in and enjoy a cup of tea, a snack and some free art while finding out about mental health in Sussex.
